Hi, my name is Awaiz and I’m a CYQ qualified level 3 personal trainer, nutritionist and life coach with 9 years of experience. From these qualifications, I have been able to help people reach that all-important health and fitness goal.

Your training doesn’t have to take place in the gym, it can be done anywhere to suit your needs. You can train in places such as your lounge, garden, driveway or the park. All you need to do is turn up and I will provide all the equipment necessary for your session. As a result, this will transform you, your shape and your life.
